varicose veins, circulation, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, surgeries, injuries, pregnant, possible or trying...

Advise if you have any contagious or possibly contagious conditions

Advise of changes in your condition and health since your last visit

Note: I am happy to provide fresh clean non-restrictive clothing (sweatpants/shirts) if needed for a Thai treatment
